Communication Catalyzer

Clashing communication styles cause conflict where is doesn’t need to be.

These communication breakdowns interrupt company workflows and corrode healthy relationships both in and out of the office. This interactive course begins with an assessment, allowing you to identify which of the four major communication styles you align most closely with. Then it helps you better work with people who share your style, and those completely different from you.
These styles are not intended to label or limit people. They are designed to give you an effective methodology for reading the preferences of others so you can adjust your communication. This course will help you assess someone's style almost immediately from their email, voicemail, texts, or in-person communication, allowing you to respond in the most effective way possible.

In This Course, You'll Learn

Which of the four communication styles (Analyzing, Controlling, Promoting, Supporting) is your natural default style.

Why This Course?

Sue's View

As an Expert EOS Implementer™ and Executive Business Coach, I’ve worked with thousands of people in all different types of industries who fit into each of the four communication styles. Statistically, the most common outcome from communication is miscommunication. People are different; no one experiences the world as you do.  Although you can’t control another person’s response, you can always choose to be intentional with your communication. I like to say that "the meaning of your communication is the response you get" - it's on you. Over time and with practice, this gets EASIER! You can communicate effectively with anyone. It all starts with understanding their (and your!) worldview.
